"Made to Order" means that the item will be created specifically after you place an order. It is not pre-made or in stock but will be crafted new just for you. Since each piece is made individually, it may have slight variations and could look a little different from the displayed product, making each item unique.
They are fully adjustable and can fit most sizes starting from 5 and up. The diameter is also 2.5 inches.
We love collaborating with fellow businesses! For bulk purchases, please email souidesigns808@gmail.com with your shop details, including your name, location, and the items you’re interested in. Please note that a minimum order of 12 items is required, with payment due upfront. Mahalo!
All sales are final.
If a product arrives damaged, please email us at souidesigns808@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order. The 14-day period will be determined based on your USPS shipping confirmation and order date. Photos of the item may be required for review and approval.
If your request is approved, you will have 7 days to return the item to the address provided. Please include all original packaging and shipping materials with your return.
Once we receive your returned item, we can offer a digital store credit to So Uʻi Designs, replace it with an item of equal value, or repair and return it to you. Please note that return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, and we do not provide return labels.

- Wholesale orders
Most of our jewelry is crafted using stainless steel plated materials. Select pieces can be custom made using gold-filled or sterling silver, depending on your preference. If you are interested in a specific material for a custom order or want to know if a particular design can be recreated in a different metal, please contact us via email. We will gladly review your request and confirm if the piece can be remade.
